isn't this picture sooo cute !! it gave me a new idea for my next photo album ! golfing makes you go WILD ! wild like the animals in the safari/zoo lol  

it's gonna take some time to complete this album cos photo shop skills we be needed but i'm really excited to see the cool effect i can get from my room. be excited !!! cos i am :) 

i'm actually super excited to get started with this project but i've got to sleep ! got a game at 805 tomorrow morning  ! 

its a new start for my golf training spree !! no more lazy 12 hour sleeps please

this bra actually turns into a golf putting mat !


The "Nice Cup in Bra" Triumph can be rolled out into a 1.5-meter green putting mat.
Players hit the ball into the breast cups to score ! When you sink the putt, a voice from in the bra says, "Nice in!" The bra features extra pockets for storing golf balls and tees as well as a detachable flag pin that doubles as a pencil. It also comes with a matching pink skirt and briefs, which when opened, turns into a flag that says "Be quiet."




it's really sexy but i wonder when they would pass a ruling that women are allowed to wear skimpy clothing on the golf course ??

i think it actually looks more like a corset. so maybe it should be the corset that turns into a putting mat !

the idea is a good one but its definitely not the first unpractical invention created by the japanese

it is actually quite a sexy piece of clothing to wear out but can you imagine all the illogical situations you would actually take it off to use it for putting practice??

1. in your office
take it off to cool your body on a hot day and get some putting practice at the same time

2. at the putting green when there are too many people practicing
all the holes on the putting green are being used and you don't want to squeeze with all the men who are staring at your outfit ( refer to the model below)





3. at a dinner party
the guys are talking about golf and they suggest a putting competition to determine who's the best golfer. you provide the solution for the inavailability of putting green in the house

my advice to all female golfers: never wear such a short skirt to play golf unless you INTEND to show off your underwear (or lack of underwear) to your flight mates and others from all over the golf course because those men on the other fairway will definitely be trying their best to get a good look when you address the ball

my advice to men: the easiest thing to teach a novice golfer is how to putt and good putting can save you alot of strokes on the golf course. what better way to encourage your wife or girlfriend to improve her putting by buying one of this !

this is a novelty bra created by triumph that highlight social trends. this one is in response to the growing number of women in japan picking up golf.

ps: if you are planning on getting one. BUY TWO INSTEAD !! because you'll need one to wear while you use the other to putt (unless you're buying it for someone else and hope it'll be taken off to putt nude)

i can't seem to find their website but this is one outfits that i really like. plus the picture shows her carrying a basket of golf balls. i really like that idea too and will try to use it in a picture for my golfing fashion photo album.

remember how i was so amazed to find great golfing polo tees at arnold palmer ??
well, i decided to do a bit of research on him and i found that that the colors on the signature 'Arnold Palmer' umbrella logo are actually his favourite colors ! or at least they were when we first set up his empire in 1961. the logo being an open golf umbrella done in four colors; red, yellow, white and green

i've been searching internet sites on golfing apparel for ladies to get more pictures that i can use to create polyvore collages.

lori's golf shoppe has a pink section devoted to selling all pink accessories for ladies golf ! my favourite ! heehee i'm taking alot of images from this site

yay i just realised i can make golfing inspired collages ! they can complement my golfing fashion photo album !! wheeeee i'm so excited because i can select photos from individual golfing apparel websites and use polyvore to easily create photo collages ! awesome !

golfing clothes

i find it really hard to find suitable golfing clothes ! it seems like no one else has this problem.

the main brands i would think of to buy golfing shirts would be

ASHWORTH - i love buying from ashworth because the material is always nice and they do a very nice cutting that has female curves

CALLAWAY - i have found some really nice pieces, but not in every season

ANIKKA SORENSTAM - i find them unsuitable for my frame and size, probably because they're not designed for asians

ADIDAS - i don't quite fancy the three stripes, don't ask me why and although i like the material, i haven't been able to find a nice one that is of dryfit material

PUMA - i find their current designs very sweet. they have that frilly, lacy feel and feminine sleeves although i also think the sizing doesn't suit me

NIKE - haven't seen a nike top that catches my eye yet even though i've also been on the lookout for one in a dryfit material. they have a new shorts out that is nice but $100 is not within my budget yet

OAKLEY - they do have a golfing clothes range that has nice designs but i haven't dared to try any of them on yet because they price is a bit steep

VERMOGEN - this is one brand that i recently discovered tucked away in Takashimaya. i find their berms really nice. some think that it is a bit long and high cut. i think the length gives me a more refined classy look because it sits just above the knees. the shirts seem a bit dubious because they have this design/print on most of them that would usually be seen as ah beng but i find the material very soft

i find that it is especially difficult to find nice golfing clothes for girls because of our main parts eg chest and butt

so often i try a top that fits my shoulders but is too tight around the chest and if i up a size, the shirt looks so baggy around my waist that it doesn't seem right. or another problem is the length of the sleeves. too short and it accentuates the big part of the arms, too long and it looks funny too. then these problems interact with each other. it's really a challenge to find a shirt that satisfies all my requirements. since golfing shirts are not that cheap, it's only correct that i search for something that suits me so i would feel my best when playing golf right !

these days, it seems like most of the golfing apparel brands are selling skirts for girls. while it is more feminine, i find it a bit restrictive. i don't mind those that are shorts but have a layer in front to make it look like a skirt (this layer should be more like a flap)

maybe thats the fun of searching for golfing clothes. when you find something that you really like, make sure to buy it.

today i had a very good bargain at the arnold palmer for ladies shop. i love it when i find good golfing clothes that fit me and are on discount. ok i just love discounts haha. i didn't even know there was such an outlet and i wouldn't have thought that they sell golfing clothes. they sell polo tees and other casual wear. the salesgirl didn't seem to think that alot of people buy them to play golf. i feel kinda excited to have discovered this brand heehee
